Summary: Great Fryer 2007-10-15
Comment: Don't know what the difference is between this and the more expensive Waring models. What I DO know is that it is less than half the price and works great. Accurate temp, easy assembly & clean up. A handy addition would be one of the Eastman Outdoor battery operated pumps. Love the large square basket!
