I have owned a number of deep fryers over the years, and this is one of the better one's. Does a good job and is easy to clean. It looks great, in fact I leave it out on my counter all the time. Has a nice large capacity, so you can fry a pretty good quantity of food at one time. My only issue with this fryer is that I wish they had used a little hevier guage of stainless steel. This would make the fryer seem even more substantial than it is. I did like it well enough to recommend to my daughter and several friends.
