I've owned several deep fryers over the last ten years and this one by far is superior to any that I have owned thus far. It heats up faster, it holds more, it is VERY easy to clean, and it stores the oil for you when you are not using it. The neatest thing about this is it cleans your oil when it goes into the storage container. By far the best fryer I've ever owned.

The only draw back is it takes up a little more room than our last one but that is a small price to pay for how great it is to use!
