The Rival 3L Cool Touch Deep Fryer (model: CZF530) makes it simple to enjoy your favorite home fried foods without the mess. The entire unit can be disassembled (including the basket, lid, oil reservoir, cool-touch outer housing, and condensation trap) and most of the parts can be safely cleaned in the dishwasher. The cord set on this unit has a magnetic SureRELEASE™ end that attaches easily and can be removed for cleaning. It also has a hinged lid system, which closes completely over the frying basket to seal in messy splatters. Once closed, a front basket lever lowers the food. The lid is also fitted with a charcoal odor filter and grease filter to further reduce any oily mess from the escaping steam. The basket holds up 1.5 lbs. of food, and comes with a timer of up to thirty (30) minutes. Since the fryer retains its oil temperature, multiple batches are no problem.
