Presto Dual ProFry Deep Fryer - Stainless Steel

Comment: I recently bought this deep fryer, it shipped fine and was very large. You can clean it easily because it has 4 seperate parts: the heating element and controls, the interior basket, the outer case, and the lid. The outer case will not burn you if you touch it even though 375 degree oil is 2 inches away. The oil does reach 375 degrees! Most fryers only reach 325-350 degrees. This fryer takes about a gallon of oil to work! If you fry doughnuts or similar food the oil stays fresh, but if you want to fry small amounts of fish it will cost a lot of money to feed it fresh oil! It comes with 2 baskets too(you can use lid with baskets in place). There is a nice stainless steel finish. It does not spatter much oil, but I still recommend a mat. I mostly fry bread dough, doughnuts, and beignets for 5+ people. You can fit 10-15/batch. They taste much better and cook faster than our old fryer. The cord is about 2 1/2 feet long so you will probably need an extension cord. I am very happy with the purchase.

Comment: This is being used at our school concession stand for elephant ears and works great. It takes about 2 minutes for each one to cook and has been great. We use it without the basket and it is fine too. I would like to have one in my home. Quick and easy!
