Summary: A good fryer 2010-08-21
Comment: This fryer worked well. Took a little bit to heat up, but kept the heat and fryed my japaleņo poppers well. It would have gotten five stars if it was a little smaller and the basket didn't rust after soaking in water. The rust came off easily with an sos pad.

Comment: French Fries are not completely done inside when they are crispy outside. We are experimenting with different temperatures to try to solve the problem, but so far nothing seems to work.

Comment: Have used it a few times on all types of food and it preforms well. Heat recovery is good. My only con is I wish they had put a drain for the oil.

Comment: We love to deep fry and have used this three times so far. The book that comes with it says to fry shrimp at 375 but don't do it, 350 is plenty hot enough. The little picture on the fryer itself says 350. Love having the timer. It's easy to clean. A great fryer and a great value.
