Proctor Silex 4-Cup Oil Capacity Deep Fryer

This fryer works great! Ended up winning one of these and never had one before. I was a little skeptical since I usually don't fry much but the food comes out great in here. So far I've made wings, crab cakes, doughboys, and clam cakes. Buying some french fries to try out next. Everything has been great so far. Make sure you grab a container to recycle the oil so you can use it next time. Lid locks securely but still be careful because you can burn yourself with a fryer.

Definitely a good buy at the price-point and a good entry-level fryer for starting off cooking. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone!!
