I enjoy experimenting with this pan. I mostly cook fat-free and have not tried frying chicken in it. It actually steams food and keeps it moist. I also use the lid to bake cornbread and biscuits in the oven. It is fairly heavy but keeps food warm for a long time. After using it I wash it with water and wipe it with cooking oil on a paper towel. It still looks new. It will be handy to use while camping also. |
