Comment: i ordered this product, but they never shipped it. it took almost a month for them to refund my money for an item they never even shipped. look elsewhere. don't trust them.

Comment: Given as a Christmas gift to my daughter. She was very happy with the product stating it was better with cooking times than her last fryer. The "well" was deep enough to cook a family of five enough chicken at one time.
