1.25 Quart Stainless Steel Deep Fryer with Basket

For this price and the nice quality of this deep fryer, it is unbelievable. It is compact, easy to use and also saves a lot of oil. I put the chicken wings,legs there, it is tasty. the inside is very soft and tender. Good value

This is a really good deep fryer that is suitably sized for 1-2 servings of your everyday things like fries, onion rings,egg rolls etc. I have found that it also acts very well as a steamer; just a little water & the lid snaps closed. The reason that I give it only 4 stars tho, instead of 5, is because of the magnetized cord...it makes it very easy for someone like me with arthritis in my hands to plug it into the fryer but it also detaches very easily & unnoticebly, which makes me nervous because if its still plugged into the wall thats live electricity coming thru it, so i recommend that purchasers of this product be aware of this. Other than that one thing I believe anyone would be very pleased with it.

When opening the lid on this unit oil that has condensed on the underside of the hood runs right down the back of the unit creating an oily mess on your counter top. I did not overfill the unit. Also basket handle gets very hot. You need a pot holder to remove it from the basket. I am not pleased with this deep fryer.
