Fryer brain is ok as it achieves set temperature but 1200 watts is really unable to maintain that temperature and even when set at 375, adding 15 small sections of corn tortillas immediately brought temperature down so they were oily. One piece breaded flounder, immediate drop in temp gave oily fish that required squeezing oil out on paper towel. No Muscle Power = does not fry right. Just because it bubbles does not mean temp is good. Checked with quality instant read thermometer and even without adding food, was unable to maintain set temperature.

I choose this fryer bc you can take it apart so easily and put all items in the dishwasher. That works well, and I am happy with it. It is not a very big one, you should realise that before you buy it.

What a great product! 10 out of 10 times, this Fryer makes perfect job -- you will always fry right -- the product tells you temperature so you won't mess up. I like the oil charge indicator that tells you exactly when you need to change oil. Super easy to clean. Highly recommended! Even my husband can be a great cook with this product.
