Bought the Breville Deep Fryer and let me tell you, I have never had such great chicken in my life. We dredged the chicken strips in seasoned flour, egg-wash and then a final coat of panko bread crumbs. The chicken was deep fried for 3 1/2 minutes. The simplicity of the frier made cooking the chick a snap. Both my wife and myself were very please with how moist and evenly cooked the chicken turned out. We have tried frying foods in the past without much success. Regarding grease splatter, none to be seen. Only what I dripped on the counter. This is a must have if you ever thought about trying to fry some of your favorite foods. As far as clean-up is concerned, no hassles at all. My first try was a success and I would recommend this product. Amazon did a great job completing the order process.

As with all of my purchases from Amazon, my product was delivered promptly. I watched a video previously and it is exactly what I expected. You set the temp and it does the rest. Would highly recommend for anyone who ejoys frying without the mess.

This has been a handy little fryer to have around. I've had it for a few months now. It comes apart completely for simplified cleaning. The basket's ability to raise/lower to/from the oil with the lid still on is quite nice. I give 4 stars instead of 5 only because home fryers never quite hit the high temperatures you want for flawless frying... in fairness to them, it IS a serious safety concern. That said, this is my 3rd, and by far my favorite countertop fryer one I've owned. For the price it's a great buy,
