I purchased this fryer in December. It is used in a small bar to cook fries and fish and chips. The tanks that heat separately save on energy. I also like the fact that they have lids, stated for night covers but I place the covers on while not in use. The basket handles need some improvements as they are folded inward during shipping but wobble in real use. I have also found that the oil needs to be slightly above the max fill line to maintain the correct temp and cooking time.

This fryer is not intended to use in an environment where large groups at a time will be eating. 3 small orders of fish and chips is all you can fry at one time.
